About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Alpla Inc. as an Industrial Equipment Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of proprietary equipment and general facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Installation and Maintenance: Install and set up proprietary equipment, conduct regular preventive maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure optimal functionality and prolong equipment lifespan, and perform minor modifications and adjustments to machinery as needed.
  • Predictive Maintenance: Utilize predictive maintenance methodologies, such as condition monitoring and diagnostic tools, to identify potential issues before they lead to downtime or production disruptions.
  • Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose technical problems and malfunctions in molding machines using a systematic approach to identify root causes accurately, collaborate with technical experts and utilize advanced troubleshooting techniques to address complex issues effectively and efficiently, and execute repairs on molding machines, both independently and with technical guidance.
  • Facility Maintenance Support: Contribute to general facility maintenance tasks beyond equipment-specific responsibilities, assist in maintaining a safe and organized working environment by addressing facility-related issues and supporting maintenance efforts in shared spaces, and collaborate with the facilities team to ensure a well-maintained and conducive production environment for seamless operations.
