Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at Doubletree by Hilton Rosemead. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for performing various accounting and reporting functions, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounting and Reporting: Complete additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as requested by management.
  • Financial Reconciliation: Audit and reconcile all financial records, including cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, room charges, and occupancy percentages.
  • Front Desk Duties: Execute front desk clerk duties as required, such as processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving guest complaints as needed.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management.
Requirements
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to all hotel guests during their stay.
  • Computer Proficiency: Must be computer proficient; experience with accounting or reservation software is a bonus.
  • Availability: Requires a flexible schedule that allows for overnight shift hours.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
