As a Mission Manager, your technical, operational, and military expertise will be instrumental in crafting actionable intelligence for our stakeholders.
As a Mission Manager, you will be integral in aiding clients to comprehend their operational landscape and the overarching national threats within that context. You will familiarize yourself with various collection platforms and tools while exploring new data sources, integrating information from diverse origins, including SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and open-source intelligence. Your role will involve validating this information and applying client-specific methodologies to formulate assessments on strategic targets within your designated area of responsibility (AOR). You will establish yourself as the subject matter expert on your target set, AOR, and operational tools, providing time-sensitive recommendations, often under pressure.
This position offers a unique opportunity to refine your expertise and acquire new skills in merging raw, time-sensitive intelligence with a variety of platforms and tools, enabling you to influence the targeting narrative effectively. You will oversee complex global operations aimed at generating actionable intelligence on high-priority objectives. Collaborating with a team of analysts, you will share your knowledge, skills, and enthusiasm for solutions, while also taking on leadership roles in a continuous operations environment.
Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in a professional setting.
- A minimum of 3 years in the operational sector.
- Experience in crisis management within high-stakes environments, including federal or state law enforcement, government operations, or tactical aviation.
- Understanding of life cycle and sponsor operations, with the ability to support and implement appropriate phases for executing client missions.
- Capability to lead sensitive missions in a dynamic, high-impact operations center to meet collection needs and optimize resource utilization.
- Willingness to work on a rotating shift basis.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
- Possession of TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
- High school diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred; a Master's degree is a plus.
Clearance Requirements:
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory.

The salary for this position is determined by various factors, including location, education, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this role is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 annually.
Work Environment:
Our people-first culture emphasizes flexibility and collaboration, whether in-person or remote. If this position is designated as remote or hybrid, you will occasionally work from a Booz Allen or client site facility. If it is onsite, you will collaborate with colleagues and clients in person as required.
