Business Coach Opportunity

At Prospere Companies, we are seeking a skilled Business Coach to join our team. As a Business Coach, you will work with small to medium-sized business owners to help them increase their companies' profit, efficiency, and value. Our proprietary method and system will guide you in engaging with new leads, converting them to clients, and working with those clients in 1:1 sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with potential Exit Factor members.
  • Conduct 1:1 consulting sessions with clients following the Exit Factor system.
  • Provide additional resources in our online curriculum to enhance sessions.
  • Participate in initial training and certification and continuing education.
  • Work closely with the Member Services team to ensure great customer service.

About the Ideal Candidate
  • Previous business consulting or coaching experience (2-3 years).
  • Computer proficiency is required, including conducting Zoom presentation meetings.
  • Some experience in a customer-facing role or a love for customer interaction.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication with particularly strong phone skills.
  • Enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and business.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: a proactive, driven, strong desire to succeed, competitive, committed to accomplishing objectives, opportunistic.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of the following technology systems or ability to figure it out: Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, Zoom, Slack.
