Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement financial models, analyze data, and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Analyze financial data from multiple sources to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies
  • Provide regular financial reporting and analysis to leadership team
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, and partners
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in a fast-growing environment
  • Experience conducting financial reporting and detailed data analysis
  • Experience with ERP systems data in the context of product-oriented business highly preferred
  • Experience creating pricing strategies for both B2C and B2B2C operating model
  • Understanding of key business processes and information across sales, marketing, product management, operations, finance, purchasing, and pricing
  • Deep knowledge of data structures and relationships used in reporting historical trends, current opportunities/problems, and future direction in one or more of each functional area
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office package, MS Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Possess solid communication skills with confidence to offer advice or recommended actions to business partners
  • Experience with data modeling, data analytics. Experience with PowerBI, NetSuite, SQL a plus
