Future Bars Group is seeking a skilled Host to join our team at The Dawn Club, a premier bar in San Francisco.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a charismatic and organized individual to provide exceptional guest service, manage reservations, and ensure a seamless experience for our patrons.
Responsibilities- Manage reservations and guest arrivals using our reservation platform
- Greet and seat guests, communicating their status to the floor team
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and event inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed
- Previous experience in the beverage or hospitality industry is preferred
- Ability to adapt to diverse guest service needs and communicate effectively in written English
- Experience with Yelp Guest Manager is a plus
- Must be 21+ years old and able to stand for extended periods
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $19, plus tips, and provide company-sponsored medical, dental, and vision benefits to qualifying employees. A matching 401(k) plan is also available to eligible staff members.
