  • Supervise and motivate staff to provide exceptional patient care and service.
  • Manage daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance patient satisfaction and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Oversee the management of supplies, inventory, and equipment.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Working knowledge of Electronic Health Records.
  • Prior supervisory experience in a healthcare organization or physician practice.
