Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate staff to provide exceptional patient care and service.
- Manage daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and budgeting.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance patient satisfaction and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Oversee the management of supplies, inventory, and equipment.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Working knowledge of Electronic Health Records.
- Prior supervisory experience in a healthcare organization or physician practice.
