Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the direction of nursing services for the unit/hall, ensuring high-quality patient care.
  • Delegate tasks to professional nurses and non-professional nursing personnel, monitoring work performance and providing guidance as needed.
  • Observe patients for signs of adverse change, reporting any concerns to the attending physician.
  • Implement changes in orders as instructed by physicians, ensuring timely and accurate care.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate with a valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
  • Current, valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing and proof of license renewal every other year.
  • Ability to work as a charge nurse and provide quality nursing care to patients.
  • CPR certification and willingness to attend in-service training and staff meetings.
