Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Greenbrook Manor Care and Rehabilitation LLC.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality Speech Language Pathologist services to our residents, ensuring their communication and swallowing needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify residents' communication and swallowing needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address these needs.
  • Provide therapy services to residents, including speech, language, and swallowing therapy.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document resident progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active Speech Language Pathologist license in New Jersey.
  • Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure and certification.
