Job Summary

Virtually Connected is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to patients in their home environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments to determine patient treatment needs and develop personalized plans of care.
  • Provide direct speech therapy services, including instruction and recommendations for equipment or adaptations to the home environment.
  • Re-evaluate and revise plans of care as needed with physician approval.
  • Perform scheduling and record-keeping procedures in accordance with agency policy.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology.
  • 2+ years of experience in direct care, home health, and speech therapy.
  • Valid licenses/certifications, including Speech Language Pathology in Ohio (OH) and American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS).
