Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to work with our residents who require speech and language therapy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech pathology and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech and language therapy to residents in accordance with established standards of practice and company procedures.
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine the need for intervention and treatment.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care.
  • Document resident progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active Speech Language Pathologist license in the state(s) of practice.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
