As a seasoned civil engineer with 8+ years of experience in land development, you will take on a key role at Redland as a Sr. Project Engineer. This position offers the opportunity to grow into project management and oversee complex engineering projects from conception to completion.

About the Role:

  • Lead the preparation of civil engineering designs, construction plans, and technical reports for land development projects.
  • Coordinate with city, state, and county officials to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Utilize advanced engineering concepts to resolve complex problems and coordinate projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and serve as a staff advisor.
  • Participate in proposal writing, budget tracking, and project invoicing.

About You:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited university.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Colorado or eligible for reciprocity.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, StormCAD, WaterCAD, and MHFD applications.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
