HVAC Commercial Strategy Manager

Opportunity SummaryThis role offers a competitive salary range of $123,300 - $185,300, based on education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. The position also includes a comprehensive benefits package and extensive product training.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe HVAC Commercial Strategy Leader will be responsible for:
- Bid and Proposal Process Management: Lead internal and external resources to support bid and proposal processes for HVAC equipment.
- Commercial and Financial Information Collection: Collect commercial and financial information needed for bid and proposal of projects.
- Project Review and Analysis: Analyze various components of projects to identify appropriate balance between financial results and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Strategies Development: Develop an understanding and improve overall sales strategies to qualify situational impacts and strengthen our position.
The ideal candidate should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability in HVAC industry sales or sales management.
- Knowledge of Applied Equipment such as Chillers and Air Handling Units.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales reps, Local and Area Leaders, EqNA Leadership, and Global Products.
