Job Position: Watch Authentication Expert
Asystem is on the lookout for a watch authentication expert who is eager to blend their passion for horology with a fulfilling career at Asystem Authentication.
In this role, you will engage daily with exquisite timepieces and play a pivotal role in shaping the authentication protocols within the organization. This position requires working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to implement innovations in the luxury watch industry.

The Watch Operations Team at Asystem is responsible for managing a distribution network designed to authenticate timepieces, process orders, and ensure timely deliveries to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the watch authentication process
- Validate watches prior to delivery to the client
- Document and refine the authentication procedures for Asystem
- Collaborate with a diverse team to develop new authentication features
- Organize inventory by brand, category, reference number, and unique identifier
- Stay updated on industry trends, new releases, discontinuations, and watch-related news
- Prepare and approve each authentication report before client dispatch
Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience with luxury watches through cataloguing, examination, authentication, creation, or sales
- Strong passion for watches with extensive knowledge of prestigious brands
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment with increasing responsibilities
- Outstanding organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Capable of working independently and learning quickly
This position will report directly to the Head of Watch Operations.
