The RealReal is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Loss Prevention Specialist to join our team at our Authentication Center. As a key member of our Asset Protection team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and safety of our facilities, employees, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with all aspects of Loss Prevention, investigations, physical security, and safety within the Authentication Center.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to TRR employees and customers.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly audits to ensure shortage control, safety, and adherence to Asset Protection policies and procedures.
- Assist with daily video reviews, high-value investigations, and special projects in support of the Asset Protection and Operations Team.
- Support off-site functions such as photo shoots, private showings, events, and other activities as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude.
- Ability to write and communicate in a professional manner.
- Understanding of high-end retail and brands.
- Ability to lift and move 50lbs of merchandise and supplies.
- 2 years of Loss Prevention, Asset Protection, or Security experience preferred.
