About the Role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Fireworks Sales Professional to join our team in Wagener, SC, Athens, TX, or Winlock, WA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base, driving sales, and promoting our brand within your designated region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue and meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned region.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively prospecting and acquiring new clients.
  3. Product Knowledge: Stay current with product knowledge, ensuring a deep understanding of our fireworks offerings to effectively educate and assist customers in their selections.
  4. Market Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, competition, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and market penetration.
  5. Territory Management: Effectively manage your assigned territory, including planning and scheduling customer visits, product demonstrations, and participation in industry events and trade shows.
  6. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts. Provide regular reports to senior management.
  7. Customer Support: Provide excellent customer support by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire order fulfillment process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to travel within the designated region.
  • Knowledge of the fireworks industry and regulations is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Reliable internet access.
  • Salesforce, Sage X3, and/or Microsoft experience preferred.
