Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizes program documentation and executes various administrative and data management duties as required.
  • Oversees and implements all facets of industrial security programs, ensuring adherence to DoD Manuals, 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM, ICDs, and other relevant government security regulations.
  • Responsible for daily security operations within both DoD and proprietary environments, encompassing personnel security, physical security of facilities, alarm responses, document control, visitor management, access briefings, and classified meeting support.
  • Implements Internal Security Controls through compliance assessments and self-inspections to guarantee alignment with government and corporate standards.
  • Assists in Government Security Investigations by gathering and analyzing information, preparing reports, and conducting interviews to assess compliance levels.
  • Manages the Security Awareness Training & Education (SATE) Program to ensure effective security awareness initiatives are executed and tracked monthly.
  • Supports the Primary COMSEC Account Manager with COMSEC responsibilities.
  • Collaborates with security colleagues across Boeing locations to uphold corporate security standards and ensure the effective application of National Policy.

Work Environment:

This role is expected to be fully onsite, requiring the selected candidate to work at the designated location.

Security Clearance Requirements:

Applicants must possess an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). A clearance that has been active within the last 24 months is considered current.

Investigation and Eligibility:

The position necessitates a completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5) within the last 5 years or enrollment in a Continuous Vetting program during that timeframe. Additionally, SCI eligibility is required.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Full Scope and/or Counter Intelligence (CI) polygraph.
  • Capability to secure program access, which mandates U.S. Citizenship.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in NISP, SAP, and/or SCI domains.
  • Prior experience as a Facility Security Officer (FSO).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent military or work experience.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with employees at all levels, including executives.

Typical Education/Experience:

Education and experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor) and usually 15 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Relocation and Travel:

Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Candidates must reside in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense. Travel may be required up to 10% of the time.
