Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN will be responsible for supervising nursing personnel and delivering care to residents in accordance with professional standards and facility policies. Responsibilities:
  • Supervise nursing personnel to deliver care and ensure resident needs are met

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans

Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of clinical experience, with a focus on gerontological nursing and dementia care
  • Valid and current LPN/LVN state license
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
