Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

ProMedica Health System is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Tampa.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing direct care to residents and supervising nursing personnel to ensure high-quality care delivery. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise nursing personnel to deliver nursing care and coordinate care delivery to ensure resident needs are met.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure resident safety and well-being.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
  • Provide education and training to nursing personnel on best practices and new procedures.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of clinical experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • Gerontological nursing experience, including dementia care, preferred.
  • Valid and current LPN/LVN state license.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner.
