The Rallye Motor Company, recognized as Long Island's leading luxury automotive group, is currently seeking a dedicated Loaner Vehicle and Tire Claims Coordinator. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the loaner vehicle fleet, ensuring all vehicles are fueled, cleaned, and properly staged.
  • Conduct inspections of the loaner fleet to identify any required maintenance.
  • Verify that vehicle inspection, registration, and insurance documentation are up to date, while reporting any damages to both guests and management.
  • Maintain accurate records of all vehicles, documenting any issues that arise.
  • Assist clients in coordinating the loaner process, clearly explaining the policies and procedures associated with the loaner agreement, and establishing payment methods.
  • Ensure that all loaner contracts are completed accurately.
  • Collaborate with service advisors and fellow loaner coordinators.
  • Work alongside service advisors and technicians to manage tire claims related to tire damage coverage.
  • Process all paperwork for tire claims efficiently to secure coverage and payment.
  • Communicate with parts departments regarding tire pricing and availability.
  • Prepare daily reports to track activities and performance.

Compensation:
$18.00 per hour

Requirements:
- Proven customer service experience.
- Prior experience with loaner or rental vehicles is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A clean and valid driver's license.
- Professional appearance.
