Job Title: Team Lead

The Team Lead plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores. Reporting directly to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, this individual is responsible for supervising and managing all day-to-day store operations. This includes ensuring 100% compliance with all established Company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and training to store staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Assume full responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure a safe working environment for employees and customers.
  • Manage customer issues with a sense of urgency and to the satisfaction of our customers.
  • Oversee all POS terminal transactions, including sales, discounts, refunds, loyalty, and open/closing procedures.
  • Ensure accurate inventory control, including shipping and receiving, price management, singles, damaged merchandise, and physical inventory.
  • Maintain a visually appealing sales floor, adhering to company standards for merchandise placement, sales floor maintenance, and promotional event directions.
  • Manage payroll control, including scheduling, payroll budget compliance, time and attendance, and training and development of direct reports.
  • Collaborate with Store Operations and Training personnel to ensure seamless store operations.
