Key Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment process by posting job vacancies on various platforms, identifying suitable candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, and performing background checks.
- Manage candidate communications, addressing inquiries, updating them on their application status, and extending formal job offers.
- Prepare and maintain onboarding documentation for new hires, organize personnel files, and coordinate orientation sessions.
- Ensure personnel files are up-to-date, conduct audits for compliance with documentation requirements.
- Stay informed about Labor and Employment laws to ensure compliance with EEO regulations and other legal requirements.
- Compile and prepare detailed compliance reports for governmental agencies, including Workers Compensation, OSHA, and EEO.
- Oversee accurate payroll processing, including record updates, managing benefit deductions, setting up accruals for new hires, and verifying year-end W2 processing.
- Ensure proper enrollment and management of employee health and voluntary benefits through the employee navigator system.
- Reconcile monthly benefits statements and invoices, collaborating with Finance to ensure accuracy.
- Submit necessary compliance reports and government statistics, including data for 401K, EEO, Workers Compensation, Unemployment Insurance, and OSHA.
