About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Concierge Ambassador to join our team at Atria Signature - Foster Square. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resident requests and inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Coordinate services for residents, including dry cleaning, grocery delivery, and transportation, to enhance their overall experience.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, meeting with new residents and their families to explain concierge services and tracking concerns and complaints.
  • Provide information on local stores, attractions, and services, ensuring residents have access to the information they need.
  • Ensure the lobby area and common spaces are clean and welcoming, including ordering fresh floral arrangements and communicating with housekeeping and maintenance staff.
  • Coordinate transportation schedules, including Engage Life outings and medical appointments, to ensure seamless logistics.
  • Serve as a liaison between the dining room and residents, accepting guest meal reservations and communicating with the dining room manager.
  • May supervise front desk reception staff and drivers, maintaining a working knowledge of Security/Door Attendant and Receptionist positions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one to three years of related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Basic First Aid and CPR certification required.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively with residents, staff, and external partners.
  • Basic math skills and ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions.
  • Ability to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
