We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Surgical Unit at Corewell Health. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care to patients recovering from abdominal surgery, working closely with surgeons and surgical residents to ensure the best possible outcomes.
About the UnitOur 32-bed surgical unit is a dynamic and collaborative environment where you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our patients. With a focus on post-operative care, you will have the chance to develop your assessment skills and work with a variety of patients, making every day a new and exciting challenge.

- Associates in Nursing Required
- Bachelors in Nursing Required within 5 years
- Graduates from a non-accredited school of nursing must have at least one year of acute care experience or at least two years of experience in a licensed health care role and must have successfully passed the NCLEX licensure examination.
- MI Registered Nurse (RN) Required
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Required within 90 days
- AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Required within 6 months
- Specialty Certification highly recommended within 2 years
