Job Title: Cardiac Transplant Registered Nurse

At Saint Luke's Health System, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Transplant Unit. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional care to patients undergoing cardiac transplant procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the nursing process to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Perform patient care tasks, delegating tasks and supervising other patient care staff as needed
  • Coordinate the plan of care for assigned patients, consulting with other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Demonstrate proficiency in policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures
Requirements:
  • Applicable experience: Less than 1 year as a Registered Nurse
  • Associate Degree in Nursing
