Salary and Benefits: This full-time position offers an estimated annual salary range of $44,000-$46,000, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package. About the Position: As a Service Coordinator with the State of Nebraska, you will be responsible for serving as a case manager for individuals eligible for various waivers. Your duties will include coordinating and overseeing the delivery of services, conducting assessments, developing plans of services and supports, providing referrals, monitoring service provision, and ensuring the health, welfare, and safety of those we support. Requirements and Qualifications: To be considered for this position, applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, social work, sociology, human services, or a related field, and have professional experience in services or programs for individuals with intellectual or other developmental disabilities. Relevant coursework, training, and/or education may substitute for the Bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis.
