Job Title: Clinical Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team at The Concord Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Brooklyn, NY.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the care of our residents, ensuring that their needs are met, and providing support to our nursing staff. This is a part-time position working overnight shifts (11pm-7am).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the care of residents, ensuring that their needs are met and their rights are respected.
  • Lead and motivate our nursing staff to provide high-quality care and support.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and communication.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care and staff performance.
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in the state of New York.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in long-term care.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs).
What We Offer:
