Yogurt Shop Operations Supervisor

Hearts and Hands of Care is seeking a dedicated Yogurt Shop Operations Supervisor to manage our establishment. This role involves overseeing daily operations and leading the team to achieve financial success.
The ideal candidate will be focused on sales and teamwork, exhibit meticulous attention to detail, and uphold a high standard of professionalism. The Yogurt Shop Operations Supervisor should be adept at multitasking and employ innovative leadership techniques to inspire staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management: Oversee all aspects of store sales, marketing initiatives, and financial planning. Document daily sales and manage all cash and credit transactions. Ensure daily deposits are made and sales reports are submitted as needed. Maintain financial records and manage inventory for all transactions. Conduct inventory assessments and collaborate with local and regional leaders to develop new, cost-effective promotional displays and strategies.
- Customer Relations: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Ensure a clean and safe store environment free from hazards.
- Staff Supervision: Direct the retail team and handle recruitment for open positions. Organize special events and store functions. Create weekly schedules for retail staff and communicate effectively. Encourage the sales team through positive communication and provide recognition and incentives as appropriate.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to maintain composure, patience, and professionalism in all situations.
- Proven leadership skills with a history of motivating team members.
- Strong customer service abilities and experience in budget management.
Work Environment:
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Availability for extended hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required.
