Position Overview:

Our Litigation Support Specialists undertake significant legal responsibilities within a vibrant and fast-paced setting.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, file, and serve all legal documents and pleadings pertinent to litigation.
  • Review and analyze pleadings and documents submitted by opposing parties.
  • Prepare and manage discovery requests and responses.
  • Coordinate depositions, mediations, expert witness testimonies, and other case-related activities.
  • Keep supervising attorneys informed on all developments and actions regarding cases.
  • Organize and oversee schedules and deadlines for all cases assigned to the supervising attorney.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients through consistent communication.
  • Proofread legal documents and correspondence for accuracy.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies or a Paralegal Certificate with 3-5 years of experience in personal injury and/or insurance defense litigation; federal experience is advantageous. Strong understanding of essential legal principles. Excellent customer service abilities. Innovative problem-solving and analytical skills. Capacity to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management capabilities. Proficiency in Outlook and Word. High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
