Job Description:

We are looking for an exceptional individual who can demonstrate the organization's key points of difference and educate prospective members about our medical centers and services offered through telephone conversations. The ideal candidate will schedule VIP tours, invite prospects to local community events, and nurture potential members toward becoming new patients.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from potential new members initiated by local sales and marketing initiatives and campaigns that drive traffic into inbound phone lines.
  • Maintain acceptable call metrics and performance standards, including effectiveness, efficiency, and quality.
  • Schedule VIP tours of our medical centers.
  • Invite prospects to local community events as requested.
  • Nurture potential members toward becoming new patients.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need strong verbal communication skills, including active listening, and proficiency with computer and web-based applications. Knowledge of Medicare and Medicare Advantage programs is preferred, as well as experience working with seniors or Medicare eligible individuals.
