**Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with behavior analysts to deliver comprehensive therapeutic services to patients across Oklahoma and Colorado.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations for assigned patients
  • Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with behavior analysts
  • Provide individual and group services to patients
  • Co-treat with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of care
  • Consult with caregivers to promote patient growth and development

**Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA preferred
  • Unencumbered license to practice as issued by the Oklahoma state board
  • At least three years of experience working directly with children diagnosed with Autism

**Compensation and Benefits:** This is a full-time, hybrid role with a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer medical benefits, 401(k) with company match, and PTO.
