Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our Mathnasium Learning Center as a Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring the delivery of high-quality math education to our students, and driving business growth through sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Center Operations: Manage and oversee all aspects of center operations, including staff management, student assessments, and curriculum implementation.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new students and retain existing ones, as well as market the Mathnasium program to schools and communities.
  • Staff Development: Lead and motivate team members by providing training, coaching, and feedback to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional results.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families, communicating student progress, and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Business Growth: Monitor and grow overall center performance metrics, including profitability and student success, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in education, math, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous management or leadership experience, preferably in education or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to cultivate teamwork, and eagerness to learn and be trained.
  • Math Competency: Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I.
