Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Western Skilled Nursing & Therapy. As a critical member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and documenting therapeutic effects.
  • Take vital signs and record them in the patient's chart.
  • Assist with resident comfort and prepare and administer injections and enemas as needed.
  • Collect samples and monitor wound care.
  • Coach staff as necessary to ensure high-quality care.
Requirements
  • One (1) or more years of experience in a skilled nursing or Long-term Care environment.
  • Current and unencumbered Oklahoma Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) License.
  • Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification.
