Job Summary:

As a Speech Pathologist - Home Health Specialist with Talent Software Services, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to patients in their homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' communication and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address patients' needs
  • Provide speech therapy services in patients' homes, utilizing a variety of techniques and strategies
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • 2 years of recent experience in speech therapy, preferably in a home health setting
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in computer technology and required software

Certifications:
  • SP-Licensed Speech Pathologist
  • BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider

Additional Requirements:
  • Valid DL-Valid Drivers License Class C
  • Automobile Insurance
