Jabbergym is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist AAC Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will work with children with communication disorders, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve their speech and language skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication disorders and develop treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based interventions to improve speech and language skills
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for students
- Provide consultation and training to parents, teachers, and other professionals
- Document progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- At least 1 year of experience working with children with communication disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
