Job Overview

PROTEK Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Digital Learning Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our training and development team, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and delivering specialized courses and learning tools to both external clients and internal staff.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in designing, creating, and publishing videos and content on multiple media platforms, as well as a strong understanding of adult learning theory and e-learning creation and maintenance.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and creating training and development programs based on the needs of the organization
  • Creating, editing, and enhancing graphics within multiple formats to obtain images that work within branding guidelines
  • Developing effective training materials utilizing a variety of media
  • Working in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties
  • Conducting ADDIE appraisals and devising individual learning plans

Required skills and experience include:

  • English in both written and spoken format
  • E-learning creation and maintenance
  • Designing, creating, and publishing videos on YouTube and other media platforms
  • Adult learning theory
  • Current Microsoft Office products including MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Current Adobe products such as Acrobat Pro, Captivate, Photoshop, Premiere, etc.
  • HTML5 and SCORM requirements
  • General computer technology
  • Team collaboration to achieve multiple or singular goals
  • Task and deadline prioritization

This position may require up to 25% travel.
