We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Project Architect Leader to join our team at StudioPlus LLC. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed architect to apply their expertise and leadership skills in a collaborative environment.

Job Description

The Senior Project Architect will be responsible for leading projects of varying complexity, providing design solutions that meet clients' objectives, and mentoring junior architects. They will work closely with the project team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality design documents, while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction and budget management.

This role requires a deep understanding of architectural best practices, experience in key markets served by StudioPlus LLC, and proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and multiple rendering software's. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, including the ability to engage with clients, coordinate with engineers, and manage production requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Mentor junior architects, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the project team to develop design concepts, evaluate project feasibility, and create detailed project plans.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication.
  • Manage budgets, track profitability, and maintain accurate records to ensure financial accountability.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements to continuously improve services offered by StudioPlus LLC.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed architect with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Master's degree in Architecture (M.Arch) or related field from an accredited institution.
  • NCARB certification and current architectural license in the state of Florida or NCARB certification.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in mentoring and coaching junior staff members.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and multiple rendering software's, with experience in creating detailed project plans and managing budgets.
