Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee our luxury coastal building projects. This role requires technical construction expertise and exceptional interpersonal skills to manage projects from conception to completion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-end residential construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate and manage the project team, subcontractors, and suppliers, maintaining clear communication and professional relations.
  • Implement project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Conduct site inspections and project meetings to monitor progress and adherence to plans and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in residential construction project management, with a strong portfolio of high-end build projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse project team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A problem-solver with a proactive approach to resolving challenges.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:
