**Job Summary**

TENTH MOUNTAIN LLC is seeking a seasoned Senior DSP Software Architect to lead the development of cutting-edge digital signal processing (DSP) solutions in support of the National Security Agency (NSA). As a critical member of our team, you will design and implement advanced DSP algorithms in C++ for real-time processing environments.

**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced software engineer with a strong background in DSP and C++ programming. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital signal processing techniques, including high-order modulation, spread spectrum technology, and high-speed DSP systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including system architects, project managers, and NSA clients, to ensure seamless integration of DSP systems with hardware platforms.

**Responsibilities**

  • DSP Algorithm Design and Implementation: Develop and implement advanced DSP algorithms in C++ for real-time processing environments, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • System Integration: Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate DSP systems with hardware platforms, ensuring reliability and scalability.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead the technical direction for DSP solutions, providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Act as the primary technical liaison with cross-functional teams, including system architects, project managers, and NSA clients.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or four additional years of SWE experience in lieu of a degree).
  • Minimum 20+ years of software engineering experience, with extensive DSP expertise.
  • Mastery in DSP algorithm design, implementation, and optimization using C++.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph is required.
