Position Summary:

We are on the lookout for a skilled Lead Technical Content Writer to enhance our Documentation team. In this role, the selected candidate will take charge of conceptualizing and producing technical product content and materials. This position involves close collaboration with the marketing, engineering, and sales departments to effectively promote our solutions through engaging technical content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in partnership with the Director of Documentation and various teams to create and deliver thorough technical product content that enhances our customers' understanding of our offerings.

  • Engage with development teams to grasp product features, advantages, and competitive edges, transforming technical details into clear, market-ready content.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to pinpoint target demographics, technological trends, and the competitive landscape within the enterprise data encryption and key management sector.
  • Team up with product, marketing, and sales units to develop technical sales support materials and assist the sales process with precise and compelling technical documentation.
  • Oversee multiple writing projects concurrently, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical content that adheres to deadlines and quality benchmarks.

Candidate Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in technical writing or content marketing within the technology or cybersecurity domain.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity solutions, particularly in areas such as PKI, CA, tokenization, and data protection.
  • Exceptional technical writing capabilities with the talent to articulate complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and marketing tools.
