About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at RPM Living. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Maintenance Activities: Oversee the maintenance team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and that all work is done to the highest standards.
  • Manage Maintenance Budgets: Develop and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring that all expenses are within approved limits and that cost-saving initiatives are implemented where possible.
  • Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond to resident requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the resident's satisfaction.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance schedules, and inventory management.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in multifamily maintenance, with a high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Supervisory Experience: A minimum of one year of supervisory experience, with a proven track record of successfully leading a team.
  • Certifications and Licenses: EPA certification required, with CPO certification preferred.
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to walk, stand, climb stairs or ladders, and access various areas of the property, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
