  • Respond swiftly to immediate cleanup requests as they arise.
  • Execute carpet cleaning and maintain light fixtures as required.
  • Ensure common areas are tidy and manage lost and found items effectively.
  • Assist in setting up for events and handle cleanup after events.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of outdoor areas and sidewalks.
  • Be prepared for occasional work during weekends and holidays.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Highly organized with a strong focus on efficiency.
  • Friendly demeanor with a positive outlook.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage pressure effectively.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Physical capability to lift objects exceeding 50 pounds.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
Physical Demands:
  1. Mobility and coordination for climbing stairs and ladders.
  2. Ability to stand and push carts for extended durations.
  3. Capability to bend, lift heavy items, and work outdoors.
