Restaurant Assistant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Lessing's Hospitality Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage kitchen operations, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining high food quality standards.
  • Supervise restaurant staff, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure excellent service and high employee morale.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and overhead expenses.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee retention.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
