Position Summary: This role as a Host Home Provider offers a distinctive chance to work from your residence while ensuring a secure and nurturing living space for one or more clients. Compensation is provided on a daily basis. Clients will reside in your home, where you will assist them and deliver necessary services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Model essential life skills such as financial management and problem-solving.
  • Support clients in acquiring independent living skills, including housekeeping, cooking, meal preparation, and healthy eating.
  • Engage with clients through activities like watching television, playing video games, and board games.
  • Facilitate physical activities, including walks and exercise, and assist with pet care as needed.
  • Provide behavioral support to clients when necessary.
  • Depending on client requirements, this role may involve transporting clients to various appointments and programs.
  • Ensure that each client has their own private bedroom.
  • Accommodate up to three clients per host home provider, with additional family members counted in this ratio, all of whom must pass a background check.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including monthly reports.
  • Input data into the required systems.
  • Participate in meetings and company-wide gatherings.
  • Possess reliable transportation.
  • Perform additional duties and specialized tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Complete necessary certifications and training successfully.

  • This position is classified as a contract / 1099 role.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds may be required.
