Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Appraiser III to join our team in Utah County. As a key member of our assessment team, you will be responsible for appraising real property for ad valorem tax purposes using industry-accepted methods for determining value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Appraise real property for ad valorem tax purposes.
  • Lead and train other appraisers as a certified, residential appraiser.
  • Work under general guidance and direction of the Appraisal Supervisor.

Requirements:
  • Associate degree or higher.
  • Three (3) years of work experience as a residential or commercial appraiser.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree related to real estate, building construction, or property appraisal.
