POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented professional to enhance our IT support division. The successful candidate will serve as the primary contact for our clients, delivering essential technical support and assistance for inquiries and challenges related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
KEY OBJECTIVES:
· Sustain critical IT infrastructure, encompassing operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
· Investigate and assess new technologies, hardware, and software solutions.
· Oversee and support existing programs/services (such as Office 365, AutoCAD, etc.).
· Monitor and manage hardware and software inventory.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Deliver first-level technical support, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and guide users through systematic solutions.
· Assist in the configuration of new workstations and ensure proper system setup.
· Ensure adherence to company IT policies throughout the organization.
· Collaborate with senior management to uphold IT standards.
· Document user issues and resolutions in the ticketing system and update knowledge base articles.
· Conduct regular maintenance and updates on user systems, including software upgrades and patches.
· Perform basic network troubleshooting.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
· Fundamental understanding of operating systems (Windows, MacOS, iOS), current equipment, technologies, and enterprise systems.
· Excellent communication abilities.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Familiarity with Microsoft / Office 365 and Azure AD.
