Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Specialist to join our team at Monroe County Schools. As a key member of our technology department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our staff and students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support to staff and students
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
• Develop and implement technical solutions to improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years of experience in technical support or related field
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and networking
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
