Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Yates. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage project teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they are within budget
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the project is delivered safely and efficiently
Requirements:
  • 10 years of experience in commercial construction management
  • Medium to large project experience ($20M+)
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in BIM, Primavera, Excel, Word, and MS Project
