We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita Inc. as a Nurse in our Outpatient Dialysis Center.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting, working closely with patients and their families to deliver empathetic and compassionate care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, leveraging a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge to address complex patient needs.
- Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment, working closely with Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive, supportive team environment that prioritizes patient-centered care.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N), or three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program.
- Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) settings is highly valued, as is certification as a Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).
