Key Responsibilities
  • Manage student applications and registrations for study abroad programs
  • Coordinate with faculty directors and international partners to evaluate student qualifications and suitability for programs
  • Communicate with students, departments, and international partners on application processes and program offerings
  • Advise students on study abroad opportunities and requirements
  • Assist in program design and management, including budgeting and logistics
  • Develop and implement student recruitment strategies and promotional materials
  • Collaborate with faculty, staff, and international partners to promote study abroad opportunities and best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as international studies, education, or foreign language
  • Experience in study abroad or international education, or a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Knowledge of international study abroad program administration and best practices
  • Experience with marketing and promotional materials
  • Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite
